Update to KiCad 7.0
...
- Resolved Z Button SMD solder pad being on the opposite side of the copper layer.
- Resolved SMD footprint designators for the copper button pads (ABXY, Dpad, Start, Triggers).
- Resolved some DRC failures for 3.3v layer disconnects on the front mask fill.
- Update files for KiCad 7.0
- Exclusions applied for cosmetic items tripping DRC.

Isolates the 47uF capacitor with a diode. Matches the voltage drop so there is a consistent power level across USB or GC cable. Prevents inrush current on USB power.
