Updated graphics for Stage Strike and made app PWA compatible.

- Updated React graphics to new TSH logo for web page.
- Changed Stage Strike web page to display it as 'Stage Strike' over React default text.
- Made changes to Manifest.json to allow the Stage Strike app be used on mobile devices as a homescreen app!
	- This means the Stage Strike app needs to simply be opened once in browser, then added to a mobile device homescreen for access! (See image attached to PR)
