Implements some 32-bit instructions (VBIC, VTST, VSRA) (#1192)
* Added some 32 bits instructions:

* VBIC
* VTST
* VSRA

* Incremented the PTC

* Add tests and fix implementation

* Fixed VBIC immediate opcode mapping
