Implements proper save path (#386)

* initial save path implementation

* fix savedatatype offset, remove incomplete createsavedata implimentation

* address nits

* fix crash if npdm is not found

* made saveinfo readonly, other stuff

* remove context param from saveinfo contructor

* fix style

* remove whitespace
