Added support for Pixel Format X8B8G8R8 (#2716)
* Added support for Pixel Format X8B8G8R8        

Fixes cutscenes on Metroid Dread.

* Removed unnecessary case execution.

* Update Ryujinx.Graphics.Vic/Image/SurfaceWriter.cs
