* bcat:u: Implement EnumerateDeliveryCacheDirectory Basic implementation `EnumerateDeliveryCacheDirectory` call to `IDeliveryCacheStorageService` according to RE. (close #622) I've added some comments in the whole service for when we'll implement a real bcat implementation.
