Implement ConvertScalingMode properly (#596)

* Implement ConvertScalingMode properly

* Fix up the naming

* Only values 2 and 4 are allowed

* Return a nullable enum from ConvetScalingMode

* Fix typo on method name

* Use convertedScalingMode
