* Stubs implementations

Services Bsd, Nifm & SSL stubs implementations
Objects IGeneralService, IRequest stubs implementations.
Fake-Fix GetAvailableLanguageCodes stub too ^^!

* More stubs

- Fix SvcGetInfo loops by gdkchan.
- Implement stub for Sfdnsres service.
- Add more stubs for Bsd service.

* Update ServiceSfdnsres.cs
